As a B2B product, showing the ROI of PhotoShelter's products and features is essential to both our Sales and Marketing teams as well as prospects and customers dealing with budget request processes.
As PhotoShelter expanded their breadth of available integrations, it became essential to remove as much friction as possible to enable customers to purchase integrations. The goal was also to reduce the cost of acquisition of integrations by productizing the service previously managed by Customer Success and Technical Support teams.
