PhotoShelter for Brands Integrations

In 2022, I led the discovery and design of PhotoShelter’s Integrations Marketplace, which was made available to all PhotoShelter for Brands accounts. This feature consisted of in-app self service for purchasing and provisioning integrations and was intended to reduce the cost of acquisition.

Goals and challenges:

As PhotoShelter expanded their breadth of available integrations, it became essential to remove as much friction as possible to enable customers to purchase integrations. The goal was also to reduce the cost of acquisition of integrations by productizing the service previously managed by Customer Success and Technical Support teams.
